Kno provides platforms for e-book distributing and authoring. Although Korean government is doing the same thing, it seems to be way behind American corporates. Lots of Korean people aren't aware that the rule of game is changing. However, I feel that the new system is half fledged. It's not late. It's about time we caught up with advanced ones.
